The works of internationally distinguished Cuban artist Kadir López Nieves was first introduced to Palm Beach at the "Summer Stroll" art event at The Whitney. since then, the excitement for his personal arrival has been building, leading up to the coming weeks in which he will visit the area ofr the first time. As an exhibitor at Art Palm Beach, Kadir will not only showcase his own works, but will representing four additional Cuban talents as well: Ibrahim Miranda, Douglas Pérez, Juan Roberto Diago, and his equally talented brother, Kelvin López.
In celebration of Kadir's arrival, The Whitney will host an art-infused block party Tuesday, January 19th, featuring the works of Kadir alongside selected local artist, restaurants and entertainers.
